Fitness Competition Today!

I competed in the fastest and the toughest!

For the fastest we did a 2 mile run (my time was 15:30) and a 3 minute row (I rowed 741… yards…?… is that what they are measured in…? lol idk)

And then for the toughest it was a 7 minute circuit where we did rowing, burpies, cattle bells, sit ups, clean and jerks, box jumps, and wall balls. It was tough to say the least lol

But I got first in fastest and second in toughest! Woop woop!

Today’s workout:

  • Warm up: 1 mile bike, 1 mile run
  • With the 7 likes I had at the time, I did 140 crunches!
  • Squats
  • Fire hydrants
  • Donkey kicks
  • Other abs
  • Push ups
  • annnnnnd I forget lol

Like my last post so I’ll do more crunches!

Quick 2000 yard swim this morning

Didn’t feel too great but still burned 315 calories. At least I got there and did it! Still tired from yesterday’s run.
